The Chaparral Chef, JD Loy, never complained about the work performed by the technicians of Chandlers Commercial Service until he closed down Cafe Aspen a couple of weeks after his kitchen equipment was satisfactorily repaired. This place is AWESOME !!!!!! Great Food and service. David really knows how to treat his customers, Excellent personal service.

I had my moms birthday party at Cafe Aspen and it was a HUGE HIT !!!!!!

Aspen? why aspen? maybe because of the high prices-definitely not a lunch stop. My friend and i love neiman's because of the popovers, but the atmosphere is fabulous,also. This so called big restaurant wanna be didn't impress us one bit! We'll go back to neimans next time.
