This is a throw back to the fifties in decor, but the food is today. The wait service was very cordial to everyone that entered while we were there. They were very attentive and made you feel as if you had been invited into their home. The food was very good, we had breakfast. We think you will find something...

What we liked about Cafe 300 was the family nature of the experience. Cafes and diners are something we enjoy targeting. Like most diners, the menus are consistent -- burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, beef/chicken, onion rings, potatoes in all their variety, and milkshakes. I had the chicken fried steak, baked potato and corn with salad; my wife a grilled veggie...

really good diner, excellent omelette

Family owned diner, went here for breakfast and I had the three cheeses omelette with ham. It was good, probably the potatoes can be improved but still fine.
Coffee was good as well, good and fast service, caring for any needs, constantly checking if you need a coffee refill and very friendly.
The do not accept Amex.

We ate here recently after a tour of the new temple a few blocks to the north. We arrived in between lunch and dinner so we had the place almost to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the food was great. Large portions. Three out of the five of us were unable to finish everything brought out....

Food was really good especially the gnocchi soup and rueben sandwiches. The onion rings were terrific. The portions were large and filling. Great price
