I was very upset with Cady Cady studios, because I made an order in Nov.09 and no delivery until 02/10, But I should admit that they are trying theirs best to do a better job. I got my pictures and the money back as well. They appologized, I do understand. I hope you continue making good business and give a good customer service. Thanks (Edited March 16, 2010)
absolutely the worst in town
Unfortunatly you were beyond the time frame to return them. This would be on both you and your child. Your child for not bringing home any of the paperwork and you for taking so long to place your order. Your "plight" is of your own doing. Why would you expect them to give you a pass when you were CLEARLY beyond the time frame. Stop looking for anyone else to accept the blame for what is YOUR...
My son got his senior photos taken by Cady Studios in Alpharetta GA in Jul/Aug 2013. At the time of his sitting they made him sign a document (he is under 18 and no parent accompanied him) whereby he agreed to return a portfolio of pictures they send as proofs of his different poses within 30 days of receiving them. My son doesn't remember them telling him that and I was never informed by any...
The school district did their yearbook and senior pictures through this studio. I have to say I was impressed at the technology behind taking a simply pictures. The studio itself is all automated with digital cameras connected to a computer database and because Cady is a good sized location, there were many different sectioned off areas for different backdrops for shooting. Very nice indeed!...
Chelsea was an excellent photographer. Everyone was very pleasant with me and my guest.
I too am currently dealing with this exact problem with them!!! Presently on hold for the 3rd day in a row. I just want my refund! My daughter loved the look she had in her pictures, but we never received our order. I have never dealt with such a horrible company. Im about to get in my car and drive there to demand them!!! So angry!!
