I would not even give 1 star to this facility or place anyone that I loved here. My father was there for rehab after hip surgery. He had Alzheimer's. There was no protection from allowing him to fall out of bed or walk on his injured hip, not even rails on the bed. Horrible food. Hand crank beds so out of date. CNR has an excellent staff of nurses who truly care about their residents. The LPNs that pass medications are excellent and most of CNAs are just as good at their job too. I would recommend this rehab facility to other friends and family for several reasons but mainly because of their LPN staff-they truly are wonderful.
