Waiting Forever for a tech!

I'm currently waiting for a cable one service technician to fix my modem. I had to stay home and wait yesterday... and it was a no show. Today they apologized and told me that a guy would be here between 8am and 7pm... This is the third time that I've had this problem with waiting so long. This time and two others.

terrible customer service

Consistently poor internet service and even worse telephone customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for 8-10 am and it was stressed that they would call first and how important it was that I answer or they would assume I was not home. At 10:40 I called to see why no one had called or come out. Took ten and a half minutes to get a human on the line, thirty seconds of conversation, ten more minutes of holding to 'research', then ten more minutes of holding to consult with a service specialist (his words,not mine) to tell me someone would be out "sometime today. Looking for new isp!
