Beware, you pay for items that do not get put inside of your grocery bag

My husband who is handicapped and myself went back to the store with our receipt, requesting to speak to the manager, we were told that no manager is on duty. We explain that two bottles of Dafruta Concentrated Passion Fruit Juice that were paid for at 2.99 each were missing out of our grocery shopping bag. We explained that we have experienced such things before whenever we shop at their store. We were ridiculed by four men who grouped together and for thirty minutes made us watch a video of ourselves paying at the cashier. We were humiliated after spending a total of $196.43 they treated us like thieves and told us that we were lying and refused to replace the 2 Dafruta bottles. We are both in our sixties, we were bullied, humiliated and embarrassed. This was a horrible experience that happened all by the cash registers; the cashiers were laughing; the customers were inquiring about if we were caught stealing. The whole thing became a shouting match, very intimidating with these four younger men. We decided to incur the loss and walked four without the 2 bottles.
