Worst company ever. They will lie to you and do whatever they can to try and keep your deposit. If you see them as the management company, look away. You want to make sure you are taken care of....

We lived in a home managed by CR Property Mgmt for just over 4 years (through 1/2014). During that time, they were fantastic landlords. We had never rented before and ways heard horror stories so we were a little nervous but it turns out we were spoiled. Anytime we had an issue, it was addressed almost immediately. Yes, I recommend CR Property if you are a tenant. As with any move in there are little glitches that are unforseen. I received call backs and returned emails. Always available. The little incidental issues are being resolved. No?
