I drove 40 miles to get genuine Kawasaki parts and service. I arrived and ordered a small sub five dollar part. I was told it would take a week to arrive. It's been two weeks without a call for an...

Service department is overwhelmed and understaffed. It took three weeks to get a part they ordered and then they could not get to the ATV for another week and a half. Once I got it back I had to bring it back in a week later for additional work. Very frustrating and would not recommend them to a friend, but they are the only Polaris service around the immediate area. They would not fare well...
