First, Let me state the staff at Dr. Jones office is fantastic. Dr. Jones, on the other hand, is very pompous and rude. He will get very defensive if you question anything he wants to do. Also, he does not stand behind the work he does on your teeth. I had a bonding done that cost me approx. $450 out of pocket in march, by december it completely fell out. The staff if great, quick, bright, and friendly. It is Jeffrey Jones who orders people around like dogs, he is pompous, rude, and doesn't like questions to be asked. I thought the service was appauling. On top of all of that, it is expensive! I understand things cost money, but to see him driving around (a fifty year old man) in a "pimped out ride" with rims and all, it is quite aggervating...
