I do not like the dentist because of a traumatic experience years back and most recently abut six months ago. The staff at Floss was very pleasant and took there time with me. Dr. Alfi and her assistant who's name I cannot remember, understood my apprehension and took their time to make sure I was as calm and comfortable as could be. Thank you for taking care of me.

Love Dr. Alfi! The hygienist who did my deep cleaning and dental assistant were fantastic and thorough in explaining the procedures and home care. I had a long visit and they provided me my choice of Netflix show to watch on a personal screen for my entire procedure, a welcome distraction!

The front desk ladies are always friendly and helpful as well.

So pleased to have been recommended...

Much better than I expected! No one likes going to the dentist but my experience at Floss in West U was excellent in many different ways.
