This company needs to put together a plan to better respond to potential clients. I called for an estimate on roof repairs and was given an appt for the next day. No one showed up for my appt. I called the company and sent a text msg with no reply. This is totally unacceptable. This company came out, bid the job, and then never returned our phone calls. No explanations and no responses. I will make sure that everyone I know never uses this company and I have already informed my mortgage company to take them off the preferred contractor's list.
