This is a shady company who does not take any responsibility of the products they deliver and the delivery company they use. The CSR's are rude and plain idiots who just cannot understand simple principles of doing business. I'm never going to deal with this company, buyers beware. I have purchased many pieces of furniture from this store and have been extremely pleased with all.. I also purchased a couple of pieces of art that I am extremely pleased with... The eccentric variety in the store is exceptional as well as high quality and value.

Special Orders? YP.com

Be leary of special orders to add to an existing collection. I had a piece delivered that did not match the set and I refused the delivery.Trying to get the matching piece has been a nightmare, that I was suppose to get in the first place. I never get a return call back from the sales person on status of anything. Prices are good but customer service stinks.
