Several times, during my year with this company, they did not show up on pick up day. When I called to ask what happen, they just "didn't know". Finally got sick of it & cancelled my account. They never said when they would be picking up the bin...but I came home this morning to find they had dumped the trash that was in the bin out into my yard...just...wow. do not recommend this company.

Great company you can't get any better. This company support cancer. They pick up anything you put in there containers.

first it took them 3 weeks after I paid for them to come out for them to actually come out now that my services up because nobody ever sent me a bill. They came and took the trash out of the trash cans left the trash on the side of the road and then took the trash can. I will be writing many reviews about this company this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. 0 customer service, 0...

We were customer's for well over a year. During this time they stopped picking up our trash multiple times; without notice. Bills NEVER came in the mail as they were supposed to, nor did I ever receive the supposed telephone call for disconnect OR the green slip notice that is supposed to be put on the cart 15 days prior to disconnect.
