I am very happy with Butler Floor & Carpet and the work they did. I had them install carpeting on the stairs and they also made runners for the hallways. Everything looks great and the product/carpet is very nice. There was some scheduling mishap and they day they came out they didn't have the carpeting I ordered. My previous carpet was purchased 26 yrs ago from Butler Floor and looks "like new." Needless to say, there was no question in my mind as to where to purchase my new carpet! Butler Floors! Robin was so kind and patient and the installer was as well. Thank you--I love the carpet!

Butler Floor & Carpet Company has always given us very good service. Everything has always been 100%. The last time I was there was just to look at samples and ask a few questions. The salesperson didn't mind. They were very helpful and didn't try to push me into anything. We would use Butler again and recommend them to others.
