I have used Butch's for 11 years. I recommended a close friend to go here and it was a TERRIBLE experience. They were conniving and sneaky and tried to scam her of money. They got verbal agreement on a estimate and then tried to keep tacking on more money that was needed from her when the originally estimate included 3 items. She paid $800 for 3 items and walked away with only 1 being fixed....
