Business Concept are Frauds

Purchased Football Schedules 2010 and TV air time with our local TV stations through Business Concept. We spent $300.00 for their service and the quaility of the schedules were just terrible... a three year old could of done better. What is fraudulent about the deal is I contacted our local stations where the TV commercials were suppose to be run, 15 times on KGAN and 15 times with fox and they have never heard of Business Concept or received invoice to run such ads. I called a few other companys listed on the Football Schedules and they were NEVER offered TV air time.... Oh my my... Bill...
