Botched funeral

I cannot believe how this funeral home botched playing a record, not once, but twice. I had to send someone to fetch the person who was supposed to be on standby to play the songs. We had to wait while this person was retrieved not once, but twice. What an insult to the family as if they did not have enough grief. As a pastor I have never known a funeral home to drop the ball so completely....
