I brought two items in here, a coat and a quilt. The coat was a mess when I brought it in and I was very pleased with the results. The quilt however, didn't look all that clean when I got it back. For $40, I had hoped to not see most of the same dirt stains (courtesy of my dog) when I got it back. They're friendly and fast, so I'd give them another try, but I wasn't totally impressed.
