On 7th Street just west of University in a small strip mall, next to Le Cep you'll find Burgundy's Local. Doesn't even compare to store bought beef chicken or pork!!! You don't realize how much hormones and antibiotics can change the quality and taste of the meat.

I made a sirloin tip roast yesterday that was absolutely mouth watering, and the ground beef I cooked for chili today was absolutely superb! I'm hooked, I will be a regular.

You will pay more here for the meat/eggs than at the store, but it is worth every penny. Taste the difference and support your local (small scale sustainable) farmer.
