Hands down, the worst fast food staff in all of Northern Kentucky is working in the BK in Florence on Hwy 42. I've given them three chances to do at least a passable job over the last couple of years, and each time is worse than the last. If the management of this place can't see the issues here, then they are likely the source of the problems.
