Service was super slow, waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. The gal working the counter was very polite and apologetic, I don't think this was the employees fault at all, poorly managed...

Don't understand the negatives on this place. Never had issues here going on now for about a year or so. I usually go right before closing and prefer using the BK mobile app..which BTW is great....

This place is a joke. The only guarantee I can get here is that they WILL get my order WRONG. Every time that I have been here they have gotten my order significantly wrong . Highly disappointed...
