Not a great place to take children. Homeless sleeping at tables. One using a Starbucks cup pouring wine onto the floor and all over not great. And yes I do have sympathy

The incompetence here is inexcusable. I'm sure most of the cashiers who work here are in "program". They kept asking me if I wanted 2 of something when I said one and the coupon was only for one....
