Even with such a prime location in Uptown, the property seems to be cursed. While it has changed names a few times over the years - Cretia's being the last, nothing seems to quite work out there. Although it would be nice to see a dynamic change, the song remains the same so to speak. With only a name change that's noticeable to date, Bull & Bear is now under the care of the owners of Inwood...
