Darrel has decided to drop off the face of the Earth as far as returning calls goes. After several phone calls unanswered, I "accidentally" reached him, when he quickly said he would call me back in a second and never did. Will take my business elsewhere, as well as refer others elsewhere. I don't have time to wait on someone who is unprofessional, my customers are counting on me.
