I order 7 windows and I took them 2 months to get them and 1 of 3 were wrong, wait 2 more weeks to get the new window, plus they never call back if you leave your number.

I went there to look at a new front door with sidelights for a friend. Single mom of 3. She spent $1200 dollars. When we got it and started the install we ran into nothing but problems. The deadbolt holes were cut crooked. The holes for the strike plate on the door jamb weren't there. No brick molding on the outside, buying from Home Depot is always supplied. Called to talk to Bruce and left...

I ordered French doors that were built. I brought in the correct measurements fir these doors and sidelights. I was called on Tuesday to let me know the doors were finished and that the sidelights were to be finished by Friday. I was then called in Saturday to let me know everything was finished and I can pickup my new doors. I told the person I will have the delivery company there first thing...

I've never been to such a friendly builder's store. Lots of people eager to help. Incredible selection and great prices. We walked out with a custom window that was going to cost 3 times as much at the big box store. Also, manager Mike, counterperson Jackie and the outdoor sales person with the beard (whose name eludes me) were top notch customer service professionals.

Went ready to buy cabinets and counter tops. Found one that we liked but it had a chipped corner and asked if they would take any off for the chip and the manager said $15. Not going to pay top price for an item that is damaged. Go somewhere else!
