We found the employees of The Bug Guy to be very courteous and professional when they came out to treat our house for bugs. We had a severe infestation of crickets and they got rid of them! In doing so we appreciated the fact that this is a family owned business and we were able to talk to a local company that was in tune with local pest issues. We highly recommend using The Bug Guy.

Their Rep was one time and courteous. That is important to us, we've had bad experiences with other companies that were not on time and did not care. The Rep was also very informative about the spider problem and ant problem that we were having and took care of both problems the first time! Thank you Bug Guy!
