I have used Buford & Sons plenty of times and have found them to be very prompt, very knowledgeable, and price worthy. I have always been happy with their work. My brother has used them for years and highly recommended them to me.

What professional plumbers! Not only did they return my phone call within minutes, they were able to come right away to fix our problem. They unclogged my kitchen sink quickly and even cleaned up their mess! They were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Bill and Dan Buford to everyone in Lexington!

I understand a plumbing company cannot always come out the same day, but i called in the morning and they said they'd call back if they can't make it out today. They could not, so they said they'd be here the next day. The next day I wait all afternoon and I finally call them late afternoon and they say they aren't coming out today, maybe tomorrow. This is deceptive and I'm STILL unable to use...
