I can always make an appt. that suits my time frame and my car is always ready when promised. The work is done as needed and fully explained to me. Friendly people in the front office. Since they take my coupons, the charges are reasonable. No problems.

I had a set of tires I had purchased online sent to and installed by Buffalo Tire, and at the same time had a 4-wheel alignment done. I was thoroghly impressed by the work performed and the fact that noone came in to tell me it was going to cost more because blah, blah blah (I'm sure everyone has their own story to insert here).
