I had reserved a cargo truck for 4.30 pm. The website listed a closing time of 6 pm for Monday. I reached a little late at 5.15 pm. I noticed that the budget center was closed! I called up the center using the phone number listed. There was a person hanging outside near the road entrance who was picking up the phone! He insisted that the center closed at 5 pm on Mondays. When I confronted him about the pickup scheduled online and the 6 pm closing time, he just said that the center was closed, and walked off! I thought this was a ridiculous statement. Terrible experience doesn't even begin to describe this place and it's management. We scheduled to return our truck to this location since it's the closest to our new apartment (we moved cross country with no knowledge of the neighborhood in which the place was located). The owner doesn't work the hours listed on the Budget website (staying until 6pm). We arrived around 5pm to drop off our truck and the office was locked, lights off. A drop box was our only option. We called the Budget corporate headquarters to finalize everything the next day only to be told that we were being charged for...
