I scheduled a truck rental online on August 5, 2014. I provided my credit card and received a confirmation email that I was set for my rental. I was to pick the truck up on August 14,2014 at 9:00 am. The rental location called me at 5:30 pm on August 13th (the night before I was to pick up the truck) to tell me that a truck was not available. I was supposed to move two daughters to college...

Your reservation doesn't mean anything to them

I reserved a car with 2 days advance but they called me 10 minutes before my pick up and told me they don't have a car. I called the customer service and the representative told me they have a car near me but I should pay more than double the reserved price! They may seem cheaper in the website but they will rip you off later!
