There are too many reasons to list as to why you shouldnt move into this dump. There is supposed to be laundry, but as the previous poster said, your better off washing your clothes in your tub because the machines never work. They rent to pretty much anyone, i doubt if they do a background check. The manager is a slacker who doesnt care about the tenants. What could be worst than that? avoid...

I lived at these apartments for seven years. My brother and I decided to stay after four years when we were ready to purchase our own homes. The standard of living was too good to pass up. The rent was very competitive and the living conditions were great. We had a next door neighbor who had been a tenat from the first days the building was renting in the 70's. I think she is still there.
