Worst place I have ever had experience with. First took my lap top in because I was having problems with it. They said it needed a new hard drive so I had them upgrade it and install windows 7. I took it on a trip when I got it back and kept getting a error message saying Windows was not valid. I took it back in and they tried to say that they did not put Widows 7 on it even though it said so on the receipt. Finally they agreed to fix it. It took 5 days to get it back.
