I had a warranty issue, and since the franchise i used was no longer in business, the franchise that addressed the issue run by Michael Rishmawi did an excellent job in fixing my problem.

I have dealt with a number of Budget Blind franchises in the past, but Michael and his staff are by far "the Best"!
