Couldn't be happier; love them. Every morning I open then and at night close them. Never raise them; the reason I chose blinds in the first place. They also look good from the outside. I'm so glad you suggested the ""cloth"" covering the strings; I think that make a difference. The color is perfect. Glad you suggested wood because I would have thought faux would have been heavier. I don't think it took more than 30 minutes for Phillip to install them. He took more time playing with my dog who loved his attention. At some point I'll be replacing those sheers on the sliding glass...

Budget Blinds' work was excellent! They are not only professional but produced quality work. Very happy with my new blinds. Even my 91 year old Dad was very pleased and happy and he is hard one to please. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

When I was first looking for window treatments, I was on facebook and one of the pop-ups was for Budget Blinds. Well, I filled out the information and a few days later Lisa Pingel calls me. Well let me tell you, I was very impress with Lisa from that first encounter. When she came to our house and we talked about what I was looking for, she had more than enough samples for me to choose from. My experience was 5 star all the way. The window treatments were installed well and anything I asked to be adjusted was done.
The shutters are beautiful. Thank you to Lori and her excellent staff including the installer who cleans up so you never know he was even there. \r
