Don't waste your time with this shop

Ever get a free certificate in the mail from a neighborhood mailing when you first moved to the area? If you get one from Buddy's Auto Repair, you might as well toss it and not waste your time dealing with them. The mere display of the AAA logo just shows how bad they need the business. My wife tried to bring in her van for the free oil change and they tried to charge her extra service. I tried to bring in myself and they made me make an appointment. They try every tactic not to honor the certificate and said that they have a couple out there!

This place didn't seem bad at all the staff was friendly and fast, was surprised it only had 2 stars, I guess some people just have bad luck.
