boring, all classes are crazy expensive. It looks like it's vacant most of the time.

Great kettlebell class! I was visiting from out of town and came here to get a good sweat in and boy did that happen! It was a great workout and everyone was SO friendly and helpful. The instructor was beyond helpful to teach me the proper technique and even other people in the class were helpful. I would go here again if I lived closer!

The workouts are customized for fitness level, my goals, and how I feel when I get there. We may do yoga, focusing on breathing and relaxing, or we may do a circuit workout keeping the heart rate at 80-90%. We do interval training. We also laugh a lot.
