This place ended up being as good as their online reviews. Staff was nice and helpful, the carpet & laminate we chose looks and feels great (we even got a great price on an area rug), prices were very reasonable, and the installers did a really nice job. It's easy to see why this business has been around a long time.

From start to finish, this was an easy process. We picked it out, the woman at the store helped with everything, we scheduled the measure, we scheduled the install & it was done. Everyone we dealt with was friendly & knowledgeable. I would definitely go to Bucks County Carpet and Floor again.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. We had my son's room carpeted first and were satisfied so we took our business back to get our hallway carpeted. This was a huge disappointment! We had just had our walls professionally painted and they were scuffed and scraped up after the carpet was installed. They were also supposed to carpet a closet, which they didn't. I called to make it known and have been blown off.
