Very disappointed with this business in Tomball. They're very friendly & helpful when they want to sell you a mattress, but if you have a problem with your mattress, forget it. We bought this mattress 2 yrs ago & for over a year have tried to get the issue with our mattress resolved. The 10 year warranty seems to only be a piece of paper with no value. We have called & gone to the store several times, with promises that someone will call us to set up a time to come out to look at our mattress (apparently no one working in the store can help with an issue or complaint). My Husband and I purchased our first mattress set from ""Bubba's Beds"" and we had the greatest experience working with them! I must admit that we didn't really know what to expect walking into a place called, ""Bubba's Beds"" however after our experience with working with their staff and the owner directly, it just proved that the saying, ""never judge a book by its cover"" is so true! I still chuckle when I say, ""Bubba's Beds""! Beware of buying a mattress from these folks, there floor models are old and DO not have the same feel as the new mattress you might purchase. The unit we tested in store was far softer than the model I brought home. Contacted them and their response was"" to walk around on it to break it in"". NOT acceptable but no other recourse. Buyer beware of fast talk.

The best no pressure purchase I have ever made. I met the owner and he is actually the one who helped me. He was a great guy down to earth and really knew his stuff. Anyone who has ever furnished an entire house knows how expensive it can be and I did just that for under 20K a 6 bedroom house it was amazing and the quality of the furniture I got was amazing, I will never go any where else and I tell all my friends to go there.

Their prices were really really low. We didn't even know they were there until mattress firm told us not to go there when we said we wanted to shop a little more before we made a decision. We know why now! Bubba's was like half of what they were asking for the same mattress. We even found an awesome living room set too!!!

- no used car lot negotiations (like other mattress stores)
