Having used Bubba & Wayne for over 15 years. I will no longer use there service. The receptionist was rude and did not want to listen or work with me to schedule a sewer rodding. GLAD TO HEAR YOUR TO BUSY TO HELP YOUR OLD CLIENTS! There are plenty of other contractors out there who will work with you, but apparently they won't. The previous writer said that he had roots in the vertical waste stack? Roots clog the underground sewer first, and that is what Bubba was rodding. Something sounds wrong or there is some misinformation here.

I have been using Bubba and Wayne for over 30 years. A good sewer man cannot see through the walls, but they do rod out a backed up sewer until the water flows again. That is the job. Not rocket science. It is not realistic, or fair, to expect a sewer rodding to solve what sounds like a major defect in your lines.

I have used Bubba and Wayne Sewer Service twice in the past three years. Two different crews. Both courteous, prompt, thoughtful, focused and skilled. A clogged basement drain and a clogged kitchen drain in old houses. You never have to worry about the meter running as they quote and charge a flat rate, and even when there were problems with my old house plumbing components which broke simply upon touching them, they made every effort to fix those problems without padding the bill. Bubba and Wayne is the only plumbing related service I have ever had to two ""old"" homes where they didn't...
