Everytime I was scheduled for a appointment , there were 30 other people with the same time appointment time and when I was called in the office to get my skin cancer checkup, Dr Chung did not spend more than 2 minutes with me and didnt check my scalp or behind the ears or between my toes or under my feet but he always did find 3 or 4 spots to freeze! Never met Dr. Chung even though they were going to do radiation therapy on my leg for skin cancer. I had it surgically removed in another doctors office. I was told it was benign.

Surgery procedures and techniques are third world. Unsanitary, unsterile gloves, no masks, multiple personnel in and out of procedure room. Indiscriminate use of antibiotics. A very scary place.

Unsanitary & unprofessional. There was no explanation as to what was happening or why it was necessary and also their attention to matters of cleanliness is disturbing (gloves were not changed after touching things in the room, the physician had sunglasses in her hair during the procedure & she entered the room already wearing her surgical gloves). Office Management is horrible. I was sent a letter saying that they had me an appointment for fasting bloodwork. I didn't make this appointment but went anyway. I was put in a room for 45 minutes, why a room when I was just getting bloodwork? After 45 minutes I left. No doctor, PA saw me.
