I started to hear a 'ticking' in my engine, figured I needed some oil. Stopped by to have them add some, and they noticed that whoever changed my oil prior to this forgot to put oil cap back on....

The owner is a very friendly guy. However, they made the same mistake on my vehicle twice in overtorqued lug nuts on all four wheels. The rest drum brakes they replaced in winter 2014 are in need...
