Great place to eat! Food was fresh and healthy! I was in town on business and came across this place because I refuse to eat BBQ or fried food! The healthy cuisine sign outside caught my attention. Must go back!!

If you like good food and being treated well go to Adobo! They really do everything very well. Even the salad dressings are made in house. Don't miss the seltzer machine (it's like bringing my soda stream along with me) or the guacamole.

Something very good for lunch

Louis Bruno has been a chef in the Jackson area for years. He has come up with a unique restaurant with very tasty food. Not being a foody I'm not sure what you call this approach, but it was very good. Louis and his staff were working hard to provide good food and good service, and the place in downtown...

We're sorry to say but we had to close Adobo September 2014....and moved to Galveston, TX! our new restaurant is The Pointe!
