A friend had recommended this restaurant to me when I first moved to NY 5 yrs ago. We finally went lastnight for my sons 22 yr birthday. The food was excellent. My son had the Tortelinni Con Pollo, My daughter and I had the stuffed haddock, my husband and other daughter had the NY stirp steak. The tortelinni was absolutely devine. I am not a pasta eater but I took over where he left off...
The food at Brunetto's is consistently good. Currently (winter, 2008-9), the main dining room is closed, but a full dinner menu (not just bar snacks) is available in the bar and an adjacent room. Reservations are not taken, but this may change in the Summer if they open the main dining room, so call ahead. Even then, youâll usually have to wait for a table, especially on weekends. ...
Brunettos has the best food in the North Country. Their services can not be beat. Our family celebrated my father-in- law's 70th birthday there. They were accommodating and super kind to Dad. Their portions are insane and the sauces are to die for! I love Brunettos! BE SURE TO CALL FIRST! They are so great, they are sometimes booked a few weeks in advance!
