Bruegger's bagels have never disappointed us. Made the old-fashioned way, kettle-boiled and stone-hearth-baked, they are made fresh daily and have a good consistency. Bagels come in standard issue plain, salt, poppy seed and garlic for the purists and experimental flavors such as sun-dried tomato for those who can't leave well enough alone. We ate breakfast here twice in one weekend. It was close to our hotel AND it has the best bagels of anywhere. Chewy, flavorful -- perfect! Most of the staff we experienced seemed to be less than thankful to be working but if you can ignore that and just get your great food, you won't regret it. :)
