I have been trying to have someone from this company check out my roof on a rental in Enumclaw. Many promises have been made to inspect it and call me but no one ever does. I first called them over one month ago. They apologize every time I call, but there is never any follow through. I am done. It is possible my job is too small for them. Regardless, it is just poor customer service to promise to inspect and then never call back.

We had a contract with this company in 2010 to do a high end gutter job on a historic mansion in Everrett.

The quality of the roofing job was mediocre at best, but looks fine from the ground. The lines are more or less straight...But, most of the roofing overhangs were excessive and all of the corners had to be cut back to accomodate the new gutters.

The customer was a jerk, but Bruce intentionally wasted my time with excuses and lies in order to run out the clock on the lein process. It cost us over $2000, time, and stress just to learn that , here in Washington state, a lein...
