Bruce was truly on the seller's side from the beginning. From negotiating the initial pricing and valid price changes to the closing. He advised us what to do when presented with low-ball offers below 90% of asking. When outrageous acts by the buyer/buyer's agent failed to close the deal guided us through the processes to rectify the situation. His years of knowledge growing up in the community...

Bruce was great and very helpful throughout. He was always willing to work around our sometimes inconvenient schedules and was thorough during the process, always trying to look out for our best interests. In the end Bruce put himself in harms way at the final walkthrough while defending our best interests. Strongly recommend Bruce to all potential buyers. Bruce is the best of the best!

Bruce was very helpful, We were first time homebuyers and he answered all of our questions and responds very quickly. I would reccomend him to anyone.
