Brown-Forward made a date error on the death certificate, the memorial papers, and the vault itself. They did so despite the correct date supplied by the family on the obituary. This distraction entered my mind graveside, when I would have liked my mind clear. The death certificate now bears a correction page. They tried to blame others.
