I'd like to give several negative stars.I went to BCS complaining that my iPad had become very buggy and that I had not been able to get it to talk to my desktop computer for quite some time--so...

Unbelievably lightning fast service even with a crowded store...so much more pleasant than the loud and crowded Genius Bar, and with great prices for service too! Looking forward to the opening of the Keene location!
