Love Dr Goncalves! He takes time to listen to you and you can tell he want something to get to the bottom of your health issues.
The only down side is the front desk lady who greets you could use some classes in dealing with the public. She is abrasive and rude. I only put up with it because I truly trust Dr Concalves.

Dr. Goncalves has been and continues to be a doctor I continually refer to family, friends and new acquaintances. He listens attentively and has always been very thorough to assist and direct me with my thyroid problems.

Very rude front desk person. The only nice person was the lady in checkout. Thought Dr. Goncalves would help me at first but he treated me like why was I wasting his time. Second vist he seemed aggitated and like he did not want to even go over lab results with me. Needless to say, I have a new doctor and really could have used Dr. Goncalves help at that time.

The Doctor seems competent but the wait times are terrible. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes past my appointment time today to see the doctor and I won't go back.

The last appointment it was somewhere around 1:15 wait past the appointment time.

Don't bother with this guy unless you have an entire morning or afternoon to burn.

HE GETS IT! He truly listens and asks questions. His focus is on you. He did for me in my first visit than 4 doctor's in the last 3 years have. He ordered all is the labs I've been needing, without asking, when I asked previous ones who ignored me. It's almost a 2 hour drive 1 way, but if he can help me, I'll make that trip!
