Help us make it rightBelgian Inspired. Chef Bobby creates dishes that are amazing. Rotating Daily Special Sheets in addition to the outstanding always available menu. Pomme Frites done right...
Beer geeks (and I count myself among this tribe) swarm to this friendly, modern Fremont pub for its huge selection of Belgian beers. Of the 64 beers on tap and more than 300 bottled beers, a preponderance of them are Belgian. Of course, you can also get Belgian food to accompany your beer.
In Short
An industrial feel pervades this stylish beer hall located on an unobtrusive Fremont street--exposed steel bars, wood-lined walls and hanging pictures and old beer signs all...
Best pub in Seattle- the most varied beer selection and great food - mussels & frites are a fav!
This ain't yo mama's cafe. This is yo mama's beer emporium. A fantastic selection including scotch ales, sours, germans, raspberries, etc... 64 beers on tap and who knows how many bottles. Came here for a friend's birthday party, there are larger tables on the upper floor (plus cool art displayed along the wall), and many in our party had the lamb burger which they raved about. I don't eat lamb...
I love Brouwer's and give it 5 stars, always. The beer is great, but what really gets me is the food. SO GOOD. The only problem: although the falafel fries are the best thing to ever grace this earth, they are ONLY served during power hour from 3-6pm, which, if you are working a 9-5 job, isn't very flexible. I get that it's happy hour and that normally happens between 3 and 6 pm, but if y'all...
I have been here twice. The first time I had the falafel sandwich which was pretty tasty and the fries which were okay. Don't bother getting their different fry sauces; they're all basically just different flavors of mayo. The second time I just went for a drink. The atmosphere is cool and the beer list is extensive. …
I like the vibe here, and they have all kinds of beer you can think of. We had the steak frites and lamb burger deluxe, they were both really good! Would definitely recommend this place and will come back!
Bar & Pub
You're in the beery Pacific Northwest, where microbreweries sprout like mushrooms after a rainstorm. If you're interested in place at which to sample suds from a wide variety of those breweries, Brouwer's Café in Fremont is pure beervana. Obviously run by hop heads and beer geeks, Brouwer's staff is amazingly knowledgeable about lagers and ales. They had better be. This casual and understated...
Traditional Flemish food is served but rarely rises above the standards of bar food--the mussels are a good bet.
The ladies' room is hidden on the south side of the bar, through the curtains. The gents' is around the corner near the kitchen.
